We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us for various reasons.
We have created this 14 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
This returns policy applies to customers in England and Wales.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:
(a) we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of purchase of the product;
(b) the returned product is unused, in original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact – where applicable), with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d) none of the exclusions set out below apply.
(3) Return of Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Goods.
a) If you have taken delivery of a package and it or the contents have been damaged whilst in transit, you can return the goods to us within 14 working days of receipt for exchange and replacement.
b) You have the right to return any faulty goods within 14 working days. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed. Or you may find it quicker and easier to contact the manufacturer directly so that they can rectify the problem for you.
c) If you discover that we’ve sent you the incorrect goods, please email [email protected] for a returns authorisation code immediately and return the incorrect items within 14 working days. We will quickly replace them with the goods you ordered, subject to stock availability.
d) Please note that in the event of us sending you a replacement for any damaged, defective or incorrect goods, you must return the original goods to us within 14 days of the delivery of the replacement. Provided you return the goods to us within 14 days, you will have nothing more to pay.
e) However, if for any reason you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 14 working days period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.
Returning of Undamaged or Non-Defective Goods.
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with One Stop Color Shop but if you are unhappy and wish to return items that you have purchased. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, simply follow the procedure below:
f) email [email protected] to obtain a returns authorisation code immediately and return the incorrect items within 14 working days of original purchase
g) once the goods are back in our possession at our Returns Address, and provided that they are in the same condition and packaging as when they were delivered any amount charged to you, other than the original delivery costs, will be refunded to you.
h) Please note that unless the product is defective, or was sent in error, you will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, unopened and with any seals or shrink-wrapping intact.
i) Please also be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us at our returns address.
j) For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to One Stop Colour Shop
k) We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error.
l) A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all change of mind / purchased in error returns.
(3) Returns procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:
a) email [email protected] advising your reason for return to obtain a returns authorisation code.
b) on receipt of your returns authorisation code, return the item using a recorded trackable delivery service clearly displaying the returns reference on the front of package.
c) All returns must be reach our returns address within 14 days of original date of purchase.
Products returned under this policy must be sent to:

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:
(a) Items returned later than the 14 day period;
(b) Items where packaging has been removed;
(c) Items where they have been evidently used;
(d) all RAL colour samples;
(e) any product made to your specification;
(f) any product made to order
We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all change of mind returns.
We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of the day we received your returned product.
(6) Improper returns
Where you return a product in contravention of this policy and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product:
(a) we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
